Meet Shawn. He started The Mobile Athlete in a 10x10 room inside a CrossFit gym in Peachtree City, which is about as humble a beginning as it gets. He was also welcoming his third child during that same stretch, which made what was already a grind feel genuinely brutal.

He's genuinely proud of what came from it. The Mobile Athlete grew from that tiny room into a standalone practice with a real team and a reputation in the community. The path wasn't clean. There were moments he wasn't sure it would work. He kept going anyway.

What Shawn built is the kind of practice that takes years to appreciate fully, because you can see the decisions made at every stage, the things he learned the hard way, and the clarity that came from not taking any shortcuts. It's worth being proud of. And he is.
