Meet Sarah--- she used to work in a high volume insurance based PT practice. She’s a movement based clinician that focuses on a blend of pelvic health, orthopedics, and fitness in Boston, MA.

She ascended to the PT Entrepreneur Mastermind after crushing it in our Clinical Rainmaker Coaching program.

She knew she had great clinical and coaching skills but needed to learn how to actually build a solid business.

Let’s break down what happened:

Who? Sarah O'Reilly

Problem: "I had no idea what I was doing. I had read Danny's book, so I thought that I knew, but was really just shooting in the dark month to month... my rates were way too low, which is a common thing that is true for most people. I was having a hard time understanding how to sell physical therapy because I had never done that. I never needed to."

 Solution: Clinical Rainmaker Coaching Program (3 month coaching program for newer practices). I’m happy to say she had such an amazing outcome from the Rainmaker that she later joined the PT Entrepreneur Mastermind (our 12 month coaching program).

Did it work? Yep, Sarah has been able to build the foundation for a successful cash-based practice.

 Here’s what Sarah had to say about the Mastermind: "My biggest piece of advice to other PTs wanting to do this is it's completely worth it. It's scary cuz it's expensive and it's a whole new adventure that you don't know anything about. But one of the things that's true of starting a business is you're gonna struggle, you're gonna have to hustle. It's gonna be hard, it's gonna be challenging. But doing that on your own versus doing that with a group of people who not only have done it, are currently doing it and have had success with it, um, is completely different. Being able to have coaches that have done this essentially at my fingertips that I know will respond to a message that I send them within like the day, or even if they're busy or even within a couple days, being able to have that is something that I don't even think people realize they need until they have it, and then they realize how much easier it makes the challenge of hustling through starting your own business."

She’s hungry, driven, up for the work and she listens.

Too often entrepreneurs try to change everything at once and that’s a great way to get nothing accomplished. With Sarah, it was narrowing down exactly what she needed to do and help support the change.

 

Can it really be that simple?
