PTO Off Policy
At Physical Therapy Biz, we value work-life balance and understand the importance of time off. Our PTOÂ policy is as follows:
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Employees are entitled to 15 days of PTO per year. This time can be used for any purpose, from vacations to personal days.
- Observed Holidays: In addition to PTO, employees will have time off on all company-observed holidays, as listed in the company calendar. This equates to an additional 13-15 days off per year.
- Additional Time Off: Should you find yourself in need of more time off than your allotted PTO and observed holidays, requests can be made to your supervisor. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis or granted or could be approved as unpaid time off (UTO).
- Unpaid Time Off (UTO): While we aim to be flexible, excessive use of UTO may negatively impact your performance and the team's workflow. UTO exceeding 7 days in a calendar year may be subject to review and could potentially be grounds for dismissal.
