Do you offer CEUs for this event? Yes! As of August 20, this course has been approved for 7.5 CEUs in Texas. What does this mean for you?

  • Attend the course in person. Only live attendance qualifies; we cannot issue certificates to online participants.
  • Sign in at check-in. Every member must sign our attendance document upon arrival.
  • Complete the test during Friday Roundtables. We’ll distribute a short test for members to complete and return to the PT Biz team.
  • Complete Course Evaluation and Survey. Members who complete test and complete the online course evaluation will receive a link to their certificate at the end of their evaluation form.

Course Objectives

 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to: 

  •  Describe hybrid care delivery models that integrate in-person and remote strategies to improve patient compliance and clinical outcomes. 
  • Identify key communication techniques that promote long-term patient engagement and adherence to care plans. 
  • Compare insurance-based, cash-based, and membership models as methods to increase access and continuity of care. 
  • Develop strategies for effectively managing ACL rehabilitation in athletic populations using evidence-informed practice. 
  • Recall foundational principles for building sustainable patient-care systems within outpatient and performance-based clinical settings. 
  • Apply communication and patient education strategies to improve adherence to plan of care and enhance therapeutic alliance. 
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback within a peer group to deepen understanding and expand application strategies. 
  • Apply critical thinking and clinical reasoning to collaboratively discuss and resolve real-world challenges presented during the Q&A and roundtable discussions. 
  • Discuss the ethical use of digital tools and automation to improve patient communication, education, and follow-up. 
  • Evaluate operational systems and community engagement strategies that support improved patient access and health promotion. 
  • Reflect on leadership and mentorship practices that support clinician development and promote high-quality patient care. 
  • Analyze how financial awareness and clinic resource management contribute to ethical, sustainable patient access and service delivery.
