Norah Whitten, Owner of Functional Phyzio and Performance Therapy
Meet Norah--- she used to work in a high volume insurance based PT practice. She’s a movement based clinician that focuses primarily CrossFit athletes in Durham, NC.
Norah spoke with our team a few months ago and was struggling to gain traction in her practice.
We talk a lot about the importance of having a niche and Norah had that. The problem was, she lacked the marketing and sales consistency to get people in the door and commit to solving a problem.
We see this all the time. A superior clinician that is having a hard time finding people to work with. Without the new patients and ability to get them to commit to a plan of care, you’re going to have a very difficult time building a practice.
She decided to dive head first into the Clinical Rainmaker Coaching Program. We started with improving some of her marketing efforts and helping her develop a repeatable sales process.
More specifically, we helped her set up a process to sell high ticket packages to new clients. This turned into an absolute game changer for her, as she started to feel more and more confident with selling packages between $1-2K to new clients.
By month 3 in the program, she cracked $10K in monthly revenue.
