Norah Whitten, Owner of Functional Phyzio and Performance Therapy
Meet Norah--- she used to work in a high volume insurance based PT practice. She’s a movement based clinician that focuses primarily CrossFit athletes in Durham, NC.
Norah spoke with our team a few months ago and was struggling to gain traction in her practice.
We talk a lot about the importance of having a niche and Norah had that. The problem was, she lacked the marketing and sales consistency to get people in the door and commit to solving a problem.
We see this all the time. A superior clinician that is having a hard time finding people to work with. Without the new patients and ability to get them to commit to a plan of care, you’re going to have a very difficult time building a practice.
She decided to dive head first into the Clinical Rainmaker Coaching Program. We started with improving some of her marketing efforts and helping her develop a repeatable sales process.
More specifically, we helped her set up a process to sell high ticket packages to new clients. This turned into an absolute game changer for her, as she started to feel more and more confident with selling packages between $1-2K to new clients.
By month 3 in the program, she cracked $10K in monthly revenue.
Let’s break down what happened:
Who? Norah Whitten
Problem: Great clinical skills, very uncomfortable will charging what she’s worth and selling.
Solution: Clinical Rainmaker Coaching Program (3 month coaching program for newer practices). I’m happy to say she had such an amazing outcome from the Rainmaker that she immediately joined the PT Entrepreneur Mastermind (our 12 month coaching program) after completing her 3 month coaching program.
Did it work? Yep, Norah has been able to build the foundation for a successful cash-based practice.
This means she knows she will never have to work for someone else the rest of her life. It also means she can use her amazing clinical skill set the way she wants to use it. She has the time to coach and build long term relationships with her clients.
Here’s what I can tell you about Norah:
She’s hungry, driven, up for the work and she listens.
Too often entrepreneurs try to change everything at once, and that’s a great way to get nothing accomplished. You have to get clear on exactly what you need to improve, like Norah.
Can it really be that simple?
Yes it can, if you’re getting help from people that do this for a living. Stop listening to your friend that doesn’t know shit about business and start getting some actual guidance from people that have built multiple 7 figure businesses.
You’ve got to be hungry, driven, ready to listen and ready to implement the things that will change your career and business forever.
If this sounds like you, it’s time to get to work!
