Meet Morgan. At some point during her journey as a practice owner, she attended a Disney Institute leadership conference, the kind designed to change how you think about building a culture and serving people. She came back with a different vision for what Tempo could be.

Tempo Physical Therapy & Performance in Sandy Springs was already growing. Morgan made it intentional. She built systems around connection, communication, and an experience that made patients want to come back, not because they had to, but because they wanted to.

She doesn't stay late taking notes until 10 PM anymore. She built a practice with enough structure to give her freedom. That's the version of ownership most people don't realize is possible, and Morgan is proof that it is.
