Meet Michael--- he used to work in an insurance based PT setting. He’s a movement based clinician that focuses on athletes and active adults in Sarasota, FL. 

He ascended to the PT Entrepreneur Mastermind after crushing it in our Clinical Rainmaker Coaching program.

He knew he had great clinical and coaching skills but needed to learn how to actually build a solid business.

Let’s break down what happened:

Who? Michael Sclafani

Problem: Michael came from a hospital-based system and had minimum exposure to the cash-based side of things. 

Solution: Clinical Rainmaker Coaching Program (3 month coaching program for newer practices). I’m happy to say he had such an amazing outcome from the Rainmaker that he immediately joined the PT Entrepreneur Mastermind (our 12 month coaching program) after completing his 3 month coaching program.

Did it work? Yep, Michael has been able to build the foundation for a successful cash-based practice and scale to multiple providers.

Here’s what Michael had to say about the Mastermind: "The greatest thing that I got out of the Mastermind was the mindset. To get into the mindset of a business owner, to get into the mindset of being a leader. Because at the end of the day, the business that we have is what pays for my mortgage. It's what pays for my team members mortgages, as well as allows them to live a lifestyle that they deserve. Too often entrepreneurs try to change everything at once and that’s a great way to get nothing accomplished. With Michael, it was narrowing down exactly what he needed to do and help support the change.
