Meet Cassie. She spent a decade as a traditional outpatient PT, worked her way up to clinical director, and was good at all of it. Then she got fed up.

Not with the work, she loved the work. With the system. With the way that doing things "correctly" often had nothing to do with actually helping people. She describes herself as a recovering perfectionist, and launching Pursuit Physical Therapy was her way of letting go of someone else's definition of right and building her own.

The practice is clean, direct, and built around a simple idea: treat people well. That sounds obvious, but Cassie knows better than most how rare it actually is. She built Pursuit around the version of care she always believed in, and now she has the business to prove it works.
