Danny: So one of the best ways to improve your customer experience, which we know will dramatically improve your business, is to have clear lines of communication with your clients. And that's something that can be really hard with these multiple channels between email and text. And what you really need is to centralize that in one place.

And that's something that we've been able to do as we switched over to PT everywhere within our client's accounts. We can actually message right back and forth with them. They can manage their home exercise plan within there, and it allows us to really compartmentalize the communication. That we have with those clients, instead of losing an email in the inbox or missing a text and then you're, it's very hard to dig yourself outta that hole because they feel like you're not very responsive, with them.

And for us, it's made a really big difference. It helps make our staff more efficient. It helps us not miss things as much with the volume of people that we're working with. And it's a really smart way of really compartmentalizing your communication with your clients so it doesn't interfere with the rest of the channels.

You have communication with family and friends and things like that. So I think it'd be. Huge for your practice to centralize it the way we have. Head over to pt everywhere.com. Check out what our friends are doing over there. I think it's really cool and I think you really like it. So here's the question.

How do physical therapists like us who don't wanna see 30 patients a day, who don't wanna work home health and have real student loans create a career and life for ourselves that we've always dreamed about? This is the question, and this podcast is the answer. My name's Danny Mate, and welcome to the PT Entrepreneur Podcast.

What's going on guys? Doc Danny here with the PT Entrepreneur Podcast and today is a quick tactical episode for you. This one comes from a question from Nick Brooks. He hit me up on Instagram and the question he had was do you think that you should have your prices on your website or not? So pretty straightforward and something that, honestly, I think you can go either way.

With Doingness, I know people that have their price on their website. I know people that do not. And. Ultimately we never kept our prices on our website, and most of the people that we work with do not either. And I'll give you a couple reasons why. It makes a lot of sense not to do that.

The first thing is if you adjust your prices or you change your prices you don't have to like, have any, thought about what somebody might think about that. Because it's just dependent on what you wanna charge and it's not visible, right? So if you change your prices and you go from 150 visit to 1 75 a visit, It just, it's really simple.

You don't have to update anything. It's not visible to other people. You can just change whenever you need to, and it makes it really easy to do the other thing is people typically do not associate what you do with value without a conversation or not as easily without a conversation. So if they're reading on your site and they say, oh, it's $250 a visit.

Like the likelihood, you're gonna have somebody super bought in and a very hot lead. If they end up coming in and working with you, they're gonna know exactly what you charge. They're gonna already be bought in whatever you're doing without having to like, have a conversation about that.

And what we found was when we could have conversations with people about what was going on and also about their insurance, like when people get informed about. Their insurance and what they owe and their deductible and their co-insurance and all the other things that go into they think oh, I have insurance, so this is free.

But it's not, that's not how it works. You can level the playing field much better when you can have a conversation with somebody, and especially if you can say, okay, let's see what, your insurance looks like. If you get to that point. Maybe it's just as simple as what they're trying to get back to and why it's important, and being able to have a conversation about their goals, and then it provides enough.

Clarity for them to be like, yeah, okay, you guys sound like you can help me do this. It's important enough for me to pay X, Y, and Z. And they come in and be a client. In some cases you may check their benefits for them and let 'em know Hey, you have a $6,000 deductible. You've met barely any of it, right?

So anywhere where you go, you're basically paying a cash rate. You know when we can help you with this with minimal. Time and financial investment on your side in comparison to spending, three times a week for six weeks or whatever the prescription is gonna be at most traditional clinics.

And then you can have a comparison conversation as far as that's concerned. So in summary, should you have your prices on your website, I don't think you should. I think you're better off not to do that. But I know plenty of people to do really well with that on their website. And it just depends on, what you want to do.

In my experience, we find it's better not to have prices on a website to have conversations with people about what's going on and if you can help them. And it's an extra step for sure to make sure people are coming in informed into your clinic. But I think ultimately it's a better step that really leads to higher quality people better.

Better in particular and less sort of buyer's remorse. Sometimes whenever they they're more familiar with why they're coming in. And you're not gonna lose people as easily. They're just looking at your website and they're like, oh, I'm out. That's too expensive.

You haven't even had a chance to like talk to 'em about what's going on. So you lose somebody faster that way.
